Tips on what to bring for tubing

  • Waterproof everything: Swimwear, shoes and a waterproof camera or phone case.
  • Dress for tubing: It’s better to choose sporty clothes that can handle some river action. A comfortable swimsuit, water shoes or old sneakers (Costa Rica is so hot, they’ll dry in a minute). Wearing flip-flops or being barefoot is not allowed– you’ll thank us when navigating those river rocks.
  • Sunscreen and bugs spray: apply some sunscreen before the adventure, as the tropical sun can be sneaky and has a higher risk of sunburn- and some bug spray, after all we’re in the jungle.
  • You can bring a hat and sunglasses: make sure to bring a strap for your sunglasses so you don’t lose them in case you fall in one of the rapids.
  • Bring a water bottle: feel free to refill your water bottle as in Costa Rica, tap water is safe to drink, and if you don’t have one, we sell some in the shop.
